Rob
J. Padberg, of Dutch nationality, is the founder and
General Manager of BND. He arrived in Haiti in early 1978
after having spent almost ten years in Suriname. In Haiti he
became the General Manager of a Dutch international trading company
and at the same time the Honorary Consul General of the
Netherlands. A new post, at the termination of his last
contract in Haïti, with a challenge of the combination of
commercial, development and organizational activities in combination
with his Consular responsibilities made it possible for him and his
family to stay in Haïti and to endeavor to be of service and give a
little back to their adopted "home-country". Email Mr.

Michelle
Routhier is BND's Coordinator. Mrs. Routhier has
been with BND since 1992 when she started as Assistant
Coordinator. She was soon promoted to Coordinator in
1993. Her mission is the operational coordination of all
activities related to BND's food aid program. Her
responsibilies are as numerous as they are diverse: she manages the
activities of BND's team of inspectors, supervises and conducts
on-site inspections, consults with partner organizations with regard
to solving aid management problems, assists management in the
preparation of annual contracts with BND's financial backers,
assists in the preparation of project documents and activity reports
for BND's backers, and she plans regular parent/committee meetings

Lordite
Opont is BND's chief accountant. Born on September
3, 1971 in Jacmel, the "city of light", Mrs. Opont
received her license in accounting from the IHECE. Mrs. Opont
has been with BND since February 24, 1997 and emphasizes that she's
found a home in BND. Email Mrs.

Alfred
Etienne is BND's warehouse manager. Mr. Etienne has
been with BND since 1990 and is a member of the management
team. As head of operations his primary duties consist of
managing BND's warehouses, planning and organizing all distributions
to BND's beneficiaries and coordinating the "Programme
d'Accompagnement Cantines Scolaires (BND-PACS) focused on improving
the infrastructure in and around the schools that are beneficiaries
of the School Canteen program. Email Mr.
